Artillery Hornet 3D Printer is impressive in both its appearance as well as functioning. It has AC heating, sidewinder X1, direct drive extruders, filament sensors, and USB connectivity, and simplest to use for beginners as well as professionals.

Description

Artillery Hornet 3D Printer is a modest cartesian system with a build area of 220 x 220 x 250 mm. It uses DC heating and a highly efficient extruder and hot end. The hot end has 3 fans; 1 axial fan up front and 2 on either side of the hot end for part cooling.

It has a 12864 one-key knob mini-LCD display to keep things simple and understandable. Additionally, the Hornet takes an SD card or USB-B for inputs. You can say that it is a perfect 3D printer at a reasonable cost but with no compromise on quality and functions.

Artillery Hornet 3D Printer uses aviation connectors, a 32-bit mainboard, and a proper filament holder, and extruder temperatures go up to 260 °C. it is super easy to disassemble and reassemble in no time.

The Hornet 3D Printer is compatible with the E3D V6 all-metal hot end. The whole system including the stepper drive and the main board is very quiet except for the power supply fan.

Affordability is the first quality that attracted me to this printer.
it has metal profiles that give it high stability and improves the print quality
has sufficient printing surface that improves adhesion of the material
it is extremely easy to use
its extruder allows high speed printing without warpings

The Artillery Hornet is a sleek, easy-to-use 3D printer with a high-quality extruder that doesn’t warp under high temperatures. The printer is 95% assembled, so you can start printing immediately without setup time. Compared to other 3D printers in the market, this one is an excellent choice as it eliminates the dangers of cable tangling. Consequently, it can be used by anyone – both veterans and newbies.

The Artillery Hornet is a great invention at it is equipped with a tempered glass coated build plate that can be heated up to 100 °C. The build plate is heated evenly, so the plastic extruded onto the plate is kept heated. This greatly improves layer bonding, prevents most of the warping-related issues, and expands the range of printable materials. The Hornet’s print bed is great quality for the product’s low price and feels like the sort of surface we’d upgrade many printers of the same cost to. The printer requires manual bed leveling, so that will probably be the most time-consuming part of the setup.

This is definitely a good choice for both entry-level and more experienced users because it’s really precise and easy to use once assembled and leveled correctly. It has a decent build volume I was able to print large models easily. The build plate heats up evenly, greatly improving layer adhesion and prevents warping. The build plate is leveled manually but there are large leveling knobs underneath the build plate making calibration easy.
