Description

Longer Orange 30 3D Printer features 32 parallel LED light sources to generate more precise and delicate models. It not only improves the curing speed and quality by reducing the failure rate but also enables the printer to neglect the edges and bends in a model compared to a spotlight.

It supports LONGER self-developed software and CHITUBOX. The purpose of adding the Longer Software is to enhance the printer’s speed (slice files at a speed of 100m/minute) than other software.

Orange 3 resin printer has 2560×1440 resolution, larger build volume (4.72 x 2.68x 6.69 inches), and upgraded Z-Axis (~47.25 µm) enabling the printer to deliver supreme quality 3D prints.

To make it a smart printing device, Longer Orange comes with a built-in “Resume Printing Option”. It will detect irregular temperature (<55 degrees Celsius) and pause the printing process automatically. Under a favorable power supply, the printer will resume printing within 6 minutes.

The resume printing feature also saves resins and prevents printing failure, making a Longer Orange 30 3D Printer ideal to be used in hot regions or summers.

I don’t recommend this printer for beginners. BUT! After all the tweaks done, the prints are amazing and I’m so happy I managed to make it work.

This printer is relatively small and comes pre-assembled. Thanks to the instructional videos, it took about 30 minutes to set up and print. I also enjoy using this printer because it’s made of sturdy metal and can be accessed via a 2.8-inches touch display screen on the front. The printer has an efficient cooling system and a temperature detection feature that halts printing at high temperatures.

Assembling and leveling the bed is very quick and easy. It literally took me about two minutes to level the bed! Even better than that, I have not had to re-level since my initial setup. The upgraded LCD screen produces sharp prints with magnificent detail. The touch screen is small and isn’t consistently responsive but despite that, you get incredible print quality, temperature detection and better price-to-quality ratio.

The printer works effortlessly. It is made of sturdy metal, while the chamber’s protective housing is made of orange acrylic glass. Its controls can be accessed through a 2.8-inches touch display screen on the front. On the rear, you will find a USB port, a power button, and a power supply that delivers 72 watts. Assembling and bed leveling is rapid and easy with no stress. The printer can print fine-quality models, achieving resolutions of up to 10μm per shift. The printer may offer the best value-to-quality ratio in its class. The bed size and resolution have a lot to do with that. You need detail and volume in a 3D printer, and this has both. If you are looking into getting into resin 3D printing, I recommend this printer, along with its almost foolproof and quick assembly.
