Monoprice Mini LCD 3D Printer
$169.90
Monoprice Mini LCD 3D Printer is a fully-assembled, 55mm/sec printing speed, and 50 microns printing resolution. It is the cheapest (under $200), easiest to operate, and auto-leveled build plate that makes it even simpler.
Description
Monoprice Mini LCD comes with a magnetic build plate which is easy to remove, clean, and reset; saving the user time. In addition, the magnets serve to firmly hold the plate in place, ensuring precise auto-leveling and balance.
It has a built-in simple WEB UI set-up to save files permanently in Micro-SD, taking prints to form SD Cards, and taking prints directly from WI-FI networks. It eliminates the need for a separate software program.
Monoprice Mini is designed to create premium quality 3D prints compared to filament printers. The LCD serves to cure UV photosensitive layers each of height 35 microns.
Moreover, this printer has open-software compatibility. Along with WEB UI, the printer is also compatible with Print-Studio and Creation Workshop.
Compared to the Monoprice Maker Ultimate 2 3D Printer (Build-Area: 200 x 150 x 150 mm), the Monoprice Mini LCD has a smaller build volume. The Monoprice Maker Ultimate 2 has a 100-400 microns resolution while the Monoprice Mini LCD has a resolution of almost 50 microns.

LCD curing screen has relatively sharp resolution
its good for hobbyists
has automated bed levelling
its integrated with an exclusive and convenient we UI which allow you to print out and manage model files without any separate software
Amos –
This printer uses an LCD ray light source to cure layers of resins and produce high-quality, more detailed, and smooth prints. This printer does not require any steps to set up; it is ready to use right outside the box and ideal for hobbyists. But I noticed that this machine has poor Wi-Fi capability.
Beatrice –
The automatic leveling feature works perfectly, especially since bed leveling requires a certain level of experience with resin printing. Considering the price, prints show incredible detail, smooth curves, and no sign of layering. The magnetic removable build plate may shift and lift during printing and this can affect the printer’s performance and the customer service isn’t the most responsive.

This printer produces higher quality, more detailed, and smoother prints than filament-based 3D printers. It uses an LCD to cure layers of UV-photosensitive resin with layer heights as small as 35 microns. The printer doesn’t need many steps to set up; it is ready to print right out of the box. It has a built-in Web UI, which can slice and print model files without needing a separate software package. It automatically calibrates and levels the print platform whenever a print is started, ensuring a perfect print every time. The printer produces high-quality, more detailed, and smooth prints.
