Description

Phrozen Sonic Mini 3D Printer features a 22 µm excellent resolution that makes it stand out among all the 3D resin competitors available in the market. The printer will not neglect any edge, bend, corner, or in short intricate details of your model while printing it.

To add to its quality printing features, the Phrozen Sonic Mini has built-in Dual Linear Rails to ensure the printer’s stability and thus, improve the quality of the model generated.

The presence of the Frosted Laser Cut Building Plate will ensure the strong adhesion of the models (smaller or larger) and smooth removal once completed.

Not only that, but the Phrozen Mini also has 7.1 inches Mono LCD to offer a larger printing area (18cm on Z-Axis). It is one of the best 3D resin printers to print multiple miniatures at once.

Last but not least, it has a uniform light distribution system which is another reason for creating sharp, detailed 3D prints.

The printer is cheaper than other 3D printers and easy to use and set up. I’m fascinated with its fastest printing ability. The printer uses mono-LCD technology that allows UV light transmission when increasing printing speed and decreasing layer curing time. I like the integrated Chitubox software for its user-friendliness and the way it slices large files.

It is portable and very simple to set up and use. The print bed is easily leveled and the monochrome screen greatly lowers layer cure time, both of which contribute to a quicker printing process. This applies to a variety of third-party resins as well, but print quality isn’t that impressive. The plate accumulates a lot of resin and the machine vibrates a lot while printing, greatly reducing print quality and can be a bit noisy. Nonetheless, the general user experience is simple and effective, making it a good choice if you want to begin resin printing.

Like the more extensive and expensive Phrozen sonic, this printer continues Phrozen’s exploration of mono-LCD technology, an alternative type of LCD masking screen that allows more UV light to pass through. This lowers layer cure time and dramatically speeds the printing process up. The printer is cheaper than other 3D printers and easy to use and set up. It has a linear rail-guided Z-axis arm, and with a Z-Axis made from aluminum extrusion, the printer is precise and durable. Although its print quality isn’t impressive, I’m fascinated with its fastest printing ability.
