Monoprice mini delta V2 is an improved version of the mini delta 3D printer. I like the improvements on this printer, such as visible icons, and clear and brief user instructions making it ideal for beginners and professionals. Moreover, this printer does not require setup because it comes fully assembled and ready for use outside the box. However, it has a small build that limit production of larger models.

It’s a fun, easy-to-use machine for 3D printing newbies. It’s easy to set up and use with no calibration needed whatsoever and consistently delivers prints of decent quality. It’s also fast and supports a variety of filament types. The printer runs smoothly and practically error-free despite the small build area. Overall print quality is mediocre. Although it did well in maintaining detail, the layers on the tops of prints were often ropy and underhangs were rather gnarly, often with a bit of loose filament hanging down from them. The printer’s noise is audible but quite soft and not distracting at all.

I love this printer because of its easy, calibration-free setup and operation. This is a small, affordable and super-fast printer aimed at beginners. It requires no assembly, has auto bed leveling, a color touch screen, Wi-Fi and easy-to-use slicing software. It comes with nearly everything you need to get started. You get tools to maintain the printer, a plastic scraper, a spare nozzle, a touch screen stylus, and a microSD card. There’s also a small sample of white PLA to print your first model. It consistently delivers prints of at least acceptable quality. It’s also fast and supports a variety of filament types. Although, Its build area is tiny and lacks superb print quality, but its smooth and almost misprint-free operation makes it an excellent introduction to 3D printing.
