Description

The Qidi Tech I-Mate 3D Printer is a great little industrial design printer that is capable of producing some amazing and high-end prints. The semi-closed structure allows both closed and ventilated printing without any failure. While printing with filaments that require a closed environment for better effect such as ABS, there is no better choice than this printer

This QIDI Tech I-Mate printer is pre-assembled and requires no tedious assembly – just take it out of the box and use it. Since the beginning, QIDI Technology has used high-end industrial-grade FDM structures. There is more stability and accuracy when printing large models as its print size is 260x200x200mm, which basically covers day-to-day printing needs.

In order to make your 3D printer functional, the Qidi Tech I-Mate 3D printer will have one set of 0.4mm extruders and one set of 0.2mm hot ends. It comes with self-developed QIDI slicing software with two modes: normal and expert, making it an ideal bet for both beginners and professionals.

The perfect 3D printer for newbies. I was able to start printing within minutes of unboxing the printer. The all metal frame greatly lessens any vibrations, improving the consistency and accuracy of the printing process. The extruder nozzle can reach high temperatures quickly making it compatible with a variety of 3D filaments. The print bed is leveled manually but I had no issue doing so and the leveling knobs are really good at staying in place once set.

It is a semi-enclosed FDM 3D printer that offers a decent build volume and lets you shape many decently-sized items with millimeter precision. I could control the printer using a responsive built-in touchscreen with a neat-looking UI. The machine can print at a maximum speed of 150 mm/s and can print layers as thin as 50 microns, which is impressive for a 3D printer in the price range. The printer has a detachable magnetic build platform supported by nine high-temperature magnets for increased responsiveness, better first-layer adhesion, and hassle-free print removal. The printer can print with PLA, PETG, and TPU filaments. It is an affordable and reliable printer that boasts consistency alongside a streamlined and integrated workflow. It offers just enough build volume to bring most of the ideas of 3D printing enthusiasts to life. Besides, the printer comes fully assembled, so it can be used shortly after unboxing. It can be used to print toys, props, uniquely designed household items, tabletop figurines and miniatures, cosplay accessories, prototypes, and much more.
