Creality Upgraded Tempered Glass Plate

Description

Creality upgraded tempered glass plate is wear-resistant, scratch resistant, and easy to fix. Moreover, it has 8moh hardness, and 0.15mm flatness, and requires less than 1 minute to fix it. Its upgraded and fine finishing provides super fine flatness to your 3D models.

Here is how to use a Creality Upgraded Tempered Glass Plate:

1. Heat the hotbed properly
2. Place an A4 paper between the nozzle and the platform to check the printer’s leveling
3. When leveled adequately, clean the printer’s surface with water or acetone
4. Once finished the printing process, the temperature will decrease gradually which decreases the viscosity of the platform and it becomes easier to take off the model from the surface.

In addition, the manufacturer provided a few cleaning instructions for the Creality Upgraded Tempered Glass Plate that includes:

• Do not use any chemical, they will scratch the coating on the glass plate
• Don’t shovel the glass plate, instead use a blade
• Use solid glue when the tempered glass doesn’t provide sufficient adherence to the model

Following are the temperature requirements for the different filament materials to be used:

• PLA: 50-70 °C
• PETG: 50-70 °C
• Flexible filament: 50-70 °C
• ABS: 100-125 °C ( 110 °Cis recommended )
• PC: 100-130 °C ( 120 °C is recommended )
• Nelon: 90-120 °C ( 110 °C is recommended )
• PP: 100-130 °C ( 120 °C is recommended )
