Kindly Tips:
When the print is completed, let the bed cool, and the part will be easy to release from the PEI surface. Parts are if truth be told easier to remove if released before the bed becomes completely cold.

PEI Sheet Maintenance:
Clean in between prints with isopropyl alcohol and a lint free rag, or some customers use steel wool pads with detergent wet the steel plate in the sink and without wetting the steel wool pad very very lightly rub the the PEI sheet, the use of a circular motion until a tiny amount of soap appears, about the pressure it takes to squish a marshmallow. Rinse the PEI without touching it and wipe it dry the use of a paper towel.
After printing, use steel wool pads with detergent to clean the PEI sheet, will keep the PEI like new., but the bed will have to be cold if wish to clean the PEI. Optionally, light sanding with 600-1000 grit sand paper can be done after a variety of printing to give the PEI sheet more life.

The PEI comes pre-applied on one side for printing. Custom designed PEI materials to make your print easy to adhere to the printing surface, flexible, removable, fit for most filament, include ABS PETG Wood TPU PLA etc. PEI is a very thin printing surface, so please Keep watch over well the distance between the nozzle and the PEI, then it won’t let you down.

Before printing, please remove the protect film which stick on the PEI surface, attach to your print bed via the Magnetic Mounting Base, if necessary, perform a one-time z-height adjustment, and begin printing. When printing is complete, simply remove the FlexPlate, flex, and pop your prints off!
Kindly Tips: Please tear off the protective film on the PEI surface before printing. The PEI side is to print on, We have helped you stick PEI on the steel plate(only one piece PEI) by machine, so you no more wish to worry about bubbles. If you receive package but find the air bubbles or scratches, please do not be concerned, they are on the surface layer, PEI may not be affected.
