PEI Sheet Use： Thickness: 0.17mm
Compatible with PLA ABS PETG TPU and other most filaments.
When the print is completed, let the bed cool, flex and pop, then the part will be easy to remove from the PEI surface.

PEI Sheet Maintenance: Clean it between prints with isopropyl alcohol and a lint free rag.
Acetone can be utilized instead of isopropyl alcohol, but the bed should be cold if acetone is used. Optionally, light sanding with 600-1000 grit sand paper can be done after plenty of printing to give the PEI sheet more life or lightly scour the surface of the PEI with some mild steel woolwith 400 grit, have great adhesion.

It’s only spring steel plate with PEI, Size:230 x150mm/9.0×5.9 inch. The PEI side is for printing on. Not come with magnetic base, can’t use alone! With the exception of for the magnetic heatbed.

Special-coated FlexPlates are resistant to rust and can directly work on the 3D printes which own the magnetic heatbed. The FlexPlate is engineered to care for its shape for a very long time.
The side with PEI looks a little yellow is for printing. Before the usage of, please peel off the protective film on the PEI surface. Finishing the printing, let it cool down, then flex and pop your prints off, easily to remove it from the FlexPlate.
Kindly Tips: This is the steel plate with PEI only and we stick PEI by machine, so you don’t want to worry about the bubbles. if you receive the package but find the air bubbles or Scratches, please do not fret, they are on the surface layer, PEI is probably not affected.
