IdeaFormer-3D 3PCS Magnetic Print Bed is flexible, removable, and the easier to install build sheet. It comes in 6 different sizes (150×150, 200×200, 214×214, 220×220, 235×235, 310x310mm) to be suitable for different types of 3D printers having different build sizes.
Description
IdeaFormer-3D 3PCS Magnetic Print Bed has 2 layers: one is the upper magnetic, removable, and flexible sheet which is the actual build surface to hold 3D models while the other one is the lower adhesive magnetic sheet that will adhere to the hotbed and adsorbed to the upper surface.
It is kept effortless to install for the ease of novices. The only thing that’s kept in mind is that both the upper and the lower sheets are magnetic so you have to adjust or align the magnetic fields oppositely.
If not aligned, the parallel magnetic fields will repel each other and the build surface will be unable to support the filament in adherence.d
The IdeaFormer-3D 3PCS Magnetic build surface is made up of “PC” Polycarbonate, which is a plastic material. It is a high-performance synthetic plastic considered the best for all kinds of filaments.
The IdeaFormer-3D 3PCS Magnetic plate can tolerate hotbed temperatures up to 80℃ and its adherence or performance will be affected by the rise in temperature.
Lastly, leveling of the 3D printer is very important before starting printing. It is advised to never let the nozzle come in direct contact with the build plate.
