IdeaFormer Bed Textured PEI + Smooth PET

Description

IdeaFormer Bed Textured PEI + Smooth PET is a twin-coated build sheet. The front is PET-coated and the back is made up of PEI. The purpose behind this special manufacturing is to offer the user hassle-free installation of the sheet and effortless removal of the 3D prints at the completion of printing. 

The IdeaFormer Bed Textured PEI is warp-free and easy to install in 4 steps; 1. Glue the bottom of the adhesive sticker to the no-heated platform, 2. Remove the tape from the base of the PEI steel sheet, 3. Attach the PEI sheet to the magnetic surface, 4. Level the printer.

The IdeaFormer PET-coated build sheet is compatible with all the filament types used in 3D printing including PLA, ABS, PETG, TPU, nylon, etc. Moreover it is compatible with any brand’s 3d printer having the same build dimensions *220*220mm) such as MK2/MK2A, Anet A8, Anet A6, Reprap, Mendel, Wanhao Duplicator i3, Monoprice Maker, etc. 

Furthermore, this build sheet can tolerate high hotbed temperatures and frequent temperature fluctuations without warping or deforming the 3d model. Its PEI coating is resistant to high temperatures of up to 260 degrees Celsius.
