Description

The Mamorubot Polypropylene Build Plate for Ender 3D Printers is a great alternative to ordinary glass or mirror beds and offers stronger adhesion, consistency, and reliability.

It will be attached directly to your printer’s glass bed in the following steps:

Remove the old build plate
Level the bed from all directions
With the help of paper clips, install the polypropylene build plate and ensure a secure fastening
In case, the printer has a heating bed, you need to heat it to the required temperature first

For cleaning the build plate, you can use either wash soap, isopropyl alcohol, or simply water. However, it depends upon the type of stain, for example, a tough stain won’t clean with soap and water, you need to scrape it, and sand it with 1200 mesh sandpaper.

The Polypropylene Build Plate does not come with an adhesive base or back to attach it to the bed. Its sides are the same. So, you need binder clips to attach to the bed.

What is the right way to clean a Polypropylene Build Plate?

It depends upon the type of stain you want to clean. For example, you can use an oil stain with a washing powder solution. On the other hand, if rigid stains may affect the adherence quality of the build plate, you should scrape it and then sand it with 1200 mesh sandpaper.
