It is PEI-coated which is a plastic-based filament and is well known for adhering all plastic filaments excellently. It also indicates that this build sheet is tolerant to high hotbed temperatures required for printing ABS (220-250 Degrees Celsius). 

For the Gizmo Dorks PEI Sheet for Monoprice MP Select Mini installation, you need to peel off the protective films on both sides of the sheet and stick it to the printer’s hotbed directly. Always level the pritner after installing the build plate.
