Hatchbox presents ABS Paint Free filament that requires minimal post-processing. Each 1 kg (2.20 lbs) spool has a filament diameter of 1.75 mm with a dimensional accuracy of +/- 0.03 mm.

Recommended extrusion/nozzle temperature is between 220°C – 250°C (428°F – 770°F). With this filament, you can save time and money while avoiding toxic vapors. The filament has a smooth finish after a quick manual polish, eliminating the need for paint. Print fully-functioning prototypes, models, auto parts, enclosures, and electronic components with a cost-effective solution and effortless process.

This filament is beginner and expert friendly, made with quality and consistency in mind. It is more impact resistant than PLA and can be used at higher temperatures, enabling a broader range of applications.
