FAQs: Why Can’t Print Silk Filaments as Easy as Normal PLA?
1. Check Temperature Setting Before Printing, Our Silk PLA Filaments Suggest Printing Temperature 195-210℃;
2. Check if 3D Printer Nozzle Has Been Used for a Long Time, It’s Beneficial to Replace a New Nozzle, which Diameter Beneficial 0.4mm+;
3. If First Layer has Poor Adhesion, It’s Beneficial to Re-level Print Substrate to Reduce Distance Between Nozzle and Surface Plate;
Good to Know:
1)Make sure you fix the filament end after each time use, such as insert the free end of the filament into the hole to steer clear of the filament being tangled for next time use.
2)With the intention to extend the life of your filament, please store it in a dry, sealed bag or box
