Installation steps:

1. Clean your build plate with isopropyl alcohol and keep it DRY so that the magnet can work normally. Clean the flexible steel plate too with wet paper if necessary. If the room temp in your city is below 10 0C, the print model will be hard to stick to the base, please heat the magnetic base a whilst before installing.
2. Check the best position to place the magnetic base to your build plate in case it is going to be shifted. Please tear off the 3M adhesive about 20mm at first and then install step-by-step completely. You’ll press it backward and forward to make sure there is not any gap or bubble.
3. Wait 48-72 hours so that it can work better.
4. Place the flexible steel plate on the magnetic base and make sure two handles face you.
5. You may want to adjust the z limit switch after installation. (not all printers want to adjust) It should be 2.7mm higher. That means the printing height will be reduced about 2.7mm. You’ll print a spacer or nut to fill the difference.
6. Level your build plate so that it can work and print.
