Durability: The steel plate is made of top quality stainless steel, which has good flatness and durability. As a result of its large size, it’s normal to have a little shake just holding it. This will fade away when putting on the magentic base. Flexible and removable, may also be somewhat bent to pop off the prints.
Strong Adhesion: Customized material PEI makes your print easy to adhere and has a wide compatibility of filaments, including ABS PETG Wood TPU PLA and so forth, No want to paste any glue. Comes with Strong Magnetic Base with adhesive, so you’ll be able to heat your bed to high temps for specialty filaments and not worry about the loss of performance. You also can cut it to fit for your any bed size.
Easy to use: Peel off the back paper on magentic base and stick it to the heated bed, then align the steel plate on the base. The side with PEI is upside to print on. After installing, please keep your heat bed level. The pei is a little thin, please mind the distance between nozzle and surface to avoid scratching it. Please take off the protective film(some may have, some may not) on the PEI surface before printing. When completed printing, please let the steel plate cool down, easy to remove.
Kind Tips: We have sticked the PEI on one side of the steel plate by machine, so you don’t want to worry about the bubbles any longer. If you receive the package but found the air bubbles or scratches, please do not be concerned, they are the under the film, PEI is probably not affected. Clean the pei surface with alcohol or lightly scour it with wild steel wool with 400 grit to have good adhension.
