Overture ABS Filament is crafted from a specially formulated, bulk-polymerized ABS resin, boasting significantly reduced levels of volatiles compared to standard ABS.

This translates to exceptional print quality with a subtle scent and minimal warping during the printing process. To ensure maximum quality, it is recommended to allow 24 hours of drying before vacuum sealing. For larger prints, utilizing an enclosed chamber will enhance both the print quality and longevity.

OVERTURE ABS Rolls are crafted from the trusted ABS thermoplastic polymer, renowned for its strength and durability in high-temperature conditions. The superior stability and wide range of post-processing possibilities, including sanding, painting, gluing, and filling, make our ABS filaments an ideal choice for both engineering production and prototyping.

The surface features a grid layout for effortless resizing, with a length/weight gauge and viewing hole on the reel to easily monitor filament levels. The reel also boasts multiple filament clip holes for secure placement. The spool’s inner diameter is designed to be larger for a seamless feeding experience.

When a 3d printer has an extruder temperature of 215C and is not adjustable. Will this filament work on this printer?

The likelihood of the filament working with such a 3D printer’s extruder temperature set at 215C is low. A temperature of 255C is required for successful printing. While it is possible to print at 215C with a significantly slowed print speed, this could result in the extruder gear grinding futilely.
