Description

NOVA3D Whale 2 is a consumer-grade printing device with 192*120*250/mm build area to allow the user to generate a single large-sized model or multiple prints of the same size, type, and color at once.

Built-in matrix light source cum 40 lamp beads provides 4K mono-display and uniform purple light to print all the details, edges, and bends of your model.

It consumes only 75W power to reach a temperature of 56°C. It enhances the lifespan of the screen to almost 2000 hours (3 times more than an ordinary RGB printing machine) and saves maintenance costs.

To make it more stable and reliable, the NOVA3D Whale 2 is made by bending the mold while the main parts are made up of CNC aluminum processing. On the other hand, Z-axis has dual linear rails and ball sliders to absorb the vibrations that the device produces; making it a more stable and accurate printing device.

Last but not least, the NOVA3D Whale 2 features a sandblasted surface to provide the user with a more uniform platform for better adhesion and prevents the models from falling off due to their weight or size.

This machine features 4K HD resolution, a sturdy print bed, and a dual Z rail guide, making it an excellent addition to my 3D printing experience. The Z-axis is fixed with the top frame to guarantee there is no movement and to eliminate possible vibrations when printing while producing high-grade prints. It also has an 8.9-inch Monochrome Screen and a large build that enables me to create big models.

The Whale 2 is more sturdy and durable than most 3D printers in this price range. I was able to print large models comfortably with this printer. The print platform is factory leveled and I didn’t need to re-align after test printing. The dual linear guides on the Z-axis increase printing stability and accuracy. The surface of the printing platform is very flat and has very good adhesion, giving you that perfect first layer when printing. The finished models don’t have any layers, and the print quality is amazing.

The printer prints very fast and have a 4k monochrome and a large build volume in which you can print multiple tasks simultaneously and larger models. It is leveled at the factory, and the printer can start immediately. There is no need to repeat leveling afterwards. The Z-axis module adopts dual linear guides and ball sliders, which makes the entire printing process stable and the model size more accurate. The printer is compatible with various slicing software, like NovaMake, ChiTubox, and Lychee Scling. It also enables Wi-Fi printing and has an 8GB built-in data disc, making printing easier.
